  काठमाडौँ । राष्ट्रिय स्वतन्त्र पार्टीका सभापति रवि लामिछाने आफूविरुद्धको उच्च अदालत तुलसीपुर, बुटवल इजलासको आदेशविरुद्ध सर्वोच्च गएका छन् । लामिछानेले आफ्ना कानुन व्यवसायीमार्फत शुक्रबार सर्वोच्चमा निवेदन दर्ता गराएका हुन् । बुटवलको सुप्रिम सहकारीको बचत अपचलनसँग सम्बन्धित मुद्दामा उच्च अदालत तुलसीपुर, बुटवल इजलासले गत चैत २२ गते लामिछानेलाई पुर्पक्षका लागि थुनामा पठाउने आदेश दिएको थियो । सो आदेशविरुद्ध लामिछानेले फौजदारी कार्यविधि संहिताको दफा ७३ बमोजिम सर्वोच्च अदालतमा निवेदन दिएको उनका कानुनी व्यवसायी अधिवक्ता डा. नारायणदत्त कँडेलले बताए । बुटवलको सुप्रिम सहकारीको बचत अपचलनसँग सम्बन्धित मुद्दामा गत माघ १३ गते रुपन्देही जिल्ला अदालतले लामिछानेसँग १ करोड धरौटी रकम माग गरेको थियो । सो आदेशमा चित्त नबुझाएर लामिछानेले उच्च अदालतमा निवेदन दिएका थिए भने सरकारी वकिल कार्यालयले पनि धरौटीमा रिहा गर्ने आदेशबिरुद्ध निवेदन दिएको थियो ।  उक्त निवेदनप्रति सुनुवाई गर्दै उच्च अदालत तुलसीपुर बुटवल इजलासका न्यायाधीशद्वय रमेश ढकाल र स्वीकृति पराजुलीको इजलासले लामिछानेलाई थुनामा पठाउने आद...
